KIDS MOVEMENT CONNECTION CLASS
FRIDAY (Ages 6-10) 4 – 4:45PM

This Class will teach your kids Fundamental Fitness, motor recruitment skills, agility and how to move like a Ninja!
Join Hernan, who has an abundance of skills and is passionate about working with kids. Having competed in the American Ninja Warrior, student of the Ido Portal Method, he brings the fun factor, discipline and positivity to teach your kids how to move effectively.
They will be prepared for daily activites, prevent injury and develop athletic skills for sports performance.
