We’re not just going to take you through the rigorous pace of endless workouts but educate you and provide a variety of fitness modalities to give you a well rounded program to motivate you, prevent injury and maintain good health.
It takes commitment on your part to reach your goals and we are here to guide you through the process in order for you to acheive them. Accountability is key. We’re only as good as our last workout and it requires consistency.
We’re not saying you won’t have setbacks. They are inevitable, but as your confidence builds and mental skills are employed, you’ll push past them more often as you progress. Results are not met alone, it takes a team. We are here for you! Period.

DANCEWORX FITKIDS PROJECT
Come and join the Movement! We dance, do specialty projects and work on fitness skills. The DANCEWORX FITKIDS Project is focused on instilling confidence by creating a positive atmosphere and teaching kids leadership skills, sharing and connecting. We keep it fun, creative and fresh!

KIDS MOVEMENT CONNECTION CLASS
FRIDAY (Ages 5-9) 4 – 4:45PM

This Class will teach your kids Fundamental Fitness, motor recruitment skills, agility and how to move like a Ninja!
Join Hernan, who has an abundance of skills and is passionate about working with kids. Having competed in the American Ninja Warrior, student of the Ido Portal Method, he brings the fun factor, discipline and positivity to teach your kids how to move effectively. They wil be prepared for daily activites, prevent injury and develop athletic skills for sports performance.

On my first TRX session, I felt ridiculous I couldn’t even put my feet in the straps, it felt impossible – my legs wanted to jolt out to the sides and my whole body was shaking and I felt like I was holding everyone behind. I didn’t realize how unfit I had become but Kelli and everyone in the class were very supportive and encouraged me to keep going. Kelli kept monitoring my form and told me how to modify my workouts – she still does to this day. For me, 3D-Fitness has been a positive experience. I continually see improvement in my stability, balance and my leg strength has increased. Kelli is very hands on and really cares about her clients. Working out at 3D-Fitness is like have a personal trainer at every session. Ray has also been very helpful in teaching me new skills in boxing class and Hernan continually challenges me in TRX.
From the initial intake meeting through the end of each training session, Kelli is constantly observing, guiding, teaching, and making adjustments as needed. What I appreciate most about Kelli is that she uses her broad base of knowledge and experience to make training effective and unique for each client – working with their needs, goals, abilities, and limitations. I’m also impressed with how much she values learning and personal growth to make herself a better person & trainer, and using those tools to enrich others.
In the four months I’ve been working with Kelli, the plan she created for me has helped me lose 24 pounds, trim 40.5 inches off my body, lower my blood glucose numbers, lower my resting heart rate, achieve healthier blood pressure readings, and increase my strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity.
I have had the pleasure of knowing and training with Kelli before she opened 3D-Fitness. She truly cares for her clients and you can feel her passion for health & fitness. She has created an awesome studio here at 3D-Fitness that I love coming home to when I am not traveling the world. All of the classes are awesome and the positive environment through her and the other members is special.
My initial intent for going to 3D Fitness was because it offered a class that I was interested in trying (antigravity fitness). I now continue my journey with 3D Fitness for more than just the classes. Not only have I found an activity that I look forward to doing, I have found a safe place to do it with people who encourage and motivate me. It has provided an environment conducive to decompressing after long and stressful days. Through instruction by knowledgeable staff, I have been able to push my mind and body in ways I never thought possible. I have overcome fears and anxieties that have plagued me for too long. The mental clarity I feel when I leave 3D Fitness has helped me grow as a person.
