Bootcamp Strong

This class is a 45 minute class focusing on strength, building lean muscle, stamina and  burning fat.  You will get an overall physical workout using a combination of equipment. We offer a variety of workouts that continue to challenge the body in order to achieve realistic yet optimal results.

Monday & Wednesday 6:00am - 6:45am

Monday 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Ab Lab

30 minutes of Core and Ab work + 15 minutes of stretching, foam rolling, and mobility work. Work your powerhouse to become stronger in the rest of your body and stretch and mobilize to be more flexible and maintain healthy joints.

5:30pm - 6:15pm - Thursday

 

The Ellove’ Technique

(POP UP CLASSES offered throughout the year) The Ellové Technique®  is a non-impact conditioning class that is designed to strengthen and rejuvenate the body through the pure techniques of ballet, yoga, fitness, and Pilates. Students hone their strength, flexibility, and balance as they simultaneously honor their bodies' needs and abilities

Aerial Yoga Classes

Aerial Yoga Stretch n’ Core - This is a great aerial yoga starter class. *PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT US IF IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME TAKING AN AERIAL CLASS.

It’s a different spin on Aerial. We focus more on CORE work, flexibility and mobility and grounded Yoga using the hammock. We always try integrate at 1-2 inversions which decompresses the spine. You’ll love how opened up, more flexible and relaxed you feel.

AERIAL YOGA FUNDAMENTALS CLASS/WORKSHOP - We offer a 1 hour class for those that want to experience it one time or as an entry into the other Aerial Yoga classes that we offer. We will be running 2-4 week workshops. Either class or workshop will cover the principles and fundamentals of Aerial Yoga and prepare you for the any of the Aerial Yoga class types we offer. Contact us if you’re interested in the next class or workshop and we’ll put you on our contact list.

OPEN AERIAL YOGA CLASS - Refine what you learned in the fundamentals and more. We offer these as a pop up class on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays - 6:40pm. Follow us on our Social Media Pages to find out when they’re scheduled.

We are currently offering single pop up kids classes vs. a monthly class series. We are planning to set up a class series as well as bring back our popular aerial kids & fitness camps coming this summer!

At 3D, we LOVE our kids and provide a fun, positive, confidence building atmosphere. Our team invests in them with care, passion developing skills physically and “mentally” with a whole lot of heart. We breathe life into them to ensure connection with others and that each knows how truly important they are.

Project Fit Kids Pop-up Classes

Project Fit kids is a class that will introduce your child  to a multitude of fitness skills, athleticism and other forms of creative movement. We ensure a positive environment and instilling leadership and confidence in your child.

*We offer both pop-up Beginners class and an Antigravity Fundamental 1-2 week course intermittently throughout the year that helps prepare you for the Antigravity Classes with more confidence. Contact us if you have had Yoga or fitness class experience that could allow you to enter one of the Antigravity classes we offer.
